What happened?

Latest LTT release is listed as November 11th. As it is November 10th, it's stuck at the top of the new topics list

 

What did you expect to happen?

It to reflect the correct date/time

Were LTT releases always pinned at top? I thought pinned topics were specially marked. Says November 10 on my end as of 11/10/2022 @ 13:45 PST Local on my machine.

Just for reference I see the same behaviour on chrome and firefox on both win10 and Ubuntu
