Just why? Why would you ever want to do this? a couple bucks is not worth the destruction of your battery and phone.

Phone SOCs are pretty weak compared to desktop CPUs and GPUS. If you would like to still carry your phone around while it's mining, have fun for the 3h you can then use it for. I wouldn't do it if I were you, it's very likely not even profitable like the other people said
