If you want decent fans then you're gonna be paying a lot. Unless you get them second hand undamaged.

So I'm planning on getting the NZXT h440 and I want to get every slot filled. I have a h80, and I'm planning to get another aio watercooler for my graphics card.

Any suggestions on what fans I should get?

Well if you're can't/don't want to go with Noctuas there are a couple of good choiches (which the other members have already mentioned), still the CoolerMaster JetFlos seem to be worth a shot!

The only gripe with jetflos is that they're pretty darn loud.

I guess I can't make up a valid argument on that one, since I haven't actually used them, but my pick was based on the consideration that a while ago their 200 mm fans seemed to be one of the best at a "budget" price point if you will.

You're thinking about their megaflows which are quieter and is quite different from their newer jetflos.
