is this modded? or is there a 15th-20th version of skyrim that released recently that i didn't hear about? are you running at 4K?

BUT are you OC'ing the 4090 🤔Not doing it right if your not pushing it to the max **Sarcasm** :ROFL.... 

I love PC building and gaming. 
REMEMBER botttlenecks can happen at all points of a PC part. Make sure you are at equilibrium. For all parts unless you intend to upgrade at a later point. Also QA Tested AAA Games.
