its a scam

I was watching a video and i got a message from an account that said it was from telegram and that I won a giveaway that I entered, which I did but idk if this is a scam or if its not, idk how to respond to it. the creators name is qiasomar and the guys username is qiasomar24

 

red is potential scammer and message

white is real youtube account
