I'd wait for the RDNA 3 announcement in 2 weeks if you can. Right now the cheapest 3080 Ti is $800, and I'd assume the 7800 XT would be around that price too.

For lowering the price on your current build: go DDR4 instead, and drop down the PSU to 850w. You could definitely save a lot of money on the aesthetic parts like the AIO and case, if you're fine with that.

Edit: I would recommend something like this, assuming these products are actually good. Please do your research before buying, as the CPU and GPU aren't released yet. I tried to keep nice aesthetics without overspending, but you can still save a lot on that area by getting an air cooler like an AK620 and a cheaper case like 4000D Airflow.

Edit 2: Changed motherboard. Thought it was Z690 first, but it was actually an overpriced B660, like with most Asus products.

1) Overspending on the motherboard.

The board is overpriced, and not necessary for a i5.

If you want a white/aluminum gray motherboard:

2) CPU Cooler

You don't NEED to get an overpriced Corsair cooler. Something like these will perform just as good.

3) Corsair iCUE Add-on LCD top.

This is by far the most useless thing.

It will be neat / cool for like the first... month. And that's it.

I like your changes, and I think why mine was over budget was because I was going for all white. I just don't understand why you go to a i7-13700k from a i5-13600k. My current pc has a i7-9700k 2070 super and is amazing, I am just looking for a better CPU and GPU combo to stream at a better quality whilst being able to play games and I think the i5 would do that job unless you think otherwise. I'm not really in tune with the new P and E cores and what they specifically help with.
