The Shopify app is so bad

No search, no way to report, no direct contact with support.

Just keeps refreshing and coming back to home screen.

Ever hosts scammer like volta charger

Having an app without the features you want does not mean it's a scam.

Doing business with a company you do not like does not mean it's a scam.

Volta taking backorders and taking a long time to deliver does not mean it's a scam.

@Mayank JindalA scam is when you expect to get something you paid for and then you don't. What you describe is not a scam.

There are plenty of services that have no control over their couriers and might give you a tracking number that isn't active in their couriers system yet, but will be in the near future or as soon as they have data to attach to the tracking number.

From Merriam Webster:

Have you be deceived or defrauded yet? Doesn't sound like reasonable time has passed to determine.

It seems that definition number 2 wouldn't apply either as not enough time has passed to actually be able to tell.
