Motherboard Connector adapter

can anyone tell me what connector this is i am trying to find a motherboard USB C connector male to 19 pin female, case only type a USB 3, would like the front ports to work again so motherboard peripherals would be included in this sub fourm i hope

it's usb 10 gbps , some motherboards have a header for it to support cases with a usb type c 10 gbps connector in front.

i seen that link or product i need the reverse i know there is a specific name for the connector
