If you want to max out your budget to just get the best setup you can for 1k, just add a beefier GPU. Like a 6700XT I have in this list or hell you could even snag an RTX 3070 for 100 over your budget. The base components for the build are solid.

I'm running a 6700xt and  I love it. But it doesn't play so nice with fortnite. If that's the main game you are playing, or other games using unreal engine I would suggest a 3060ti. Otherwise the 6700 xt is a great card and the 12gb of vram will age better.
