AW3423DW Rings on oled panel Please help

 I noticed these rings on my display and it looks worse in person but I realized that its not the monitor itself but its actually my pc that's causing the problem, and I say that because I tested it on my ps5 and I didn't have the issue at all. If you need specs I am running a B550 aorus pro ac Mobo and a RTX 3080 and a ryzen 5600x. I also noticed that it shows up when colors are changing between bright colors to darker colors and its the same for the grays.

Does it do the same thing on a different black screen?

If its completely black no it doesn't but when if the grays fade into blacks it does

You need to take photo to show how it looks. 

Screenshot cannot tell as screenshot is the source look not the monitor display out look.

Did you set as RGB mode, 10-bit and HDR ON at windows?

 

Try factory reset the monitor as may due to wrong setting.

I tried all those things, including putting it on YCbCr44, I mean like I said I used my ps5, and I wasn't getting any of those issues, and no HDR is not on, I really need to get this issue fixed because I really don't want to send another monitor back, also It kinda did something like this when I used my tv as a monitor

I don't think it's monitor issue if they is no issue on PS5.

 

I am asking you try on HDR at PC. Make sure select correct DP version at monitor and use RGB mode at your GPU RTX 3080 Nvidia control panel.

 

Also if previously have load any color profile before using this monitor then remove it. 

 

You may troubleshoot more like change to other port at your GPU, using different DP cable or try using HDMI see got issue or not, maybe your current DP cable got issue or some of your GPU port got issue.

I'm afraid I already tried that already, I'll try another DP cable, but the one I'm using now is brand new

Ok I feel like I tried everything, this picture Is proof that it's not my monitor, I didn't  see this issue at all until I got this monitor, I honestly have no idea what to do

Ok so I already messed with the nvcp settings and did all that you said, I also did a full settings reset because I messed with a lot of settings in the past to improve performance but Idk if I accidentally triggered something or not, and with no surprise it didn't work, so I honestly think it's either a driver thing or a hardware thing, I really don't know what to do with that I already looked at device manager and didn't really find anything so I really don't really know what to do have any ideas?
