B1 & B2 Ram slots stopped working

My motherboard is an MSI x570 Carbon. I recently purchased a 5800x3d to upgrade from my 3900x for gaming. After installing the new CPU and attempting to boot the cpu light came on with no boot. I reseeded the cpu with the same results. Thinking I got a bad CPU I reinstalled the 3900x and then the CPU and Ram lights stayed on. I reseeded the ram with the same results. I then Installed just one Ram stick in the A2 slot and got a boot. I reinstalled the 5800x3d with the one Ram stick and also got a boot. I individually tried adding a second stick (I have four). I tried them all and only A1 & A2 are working. I checked both CPU's and have no bent or missing pins. I even tried with the cooler mount off wondering if the pressure was somehow uneven or too much.

Any ideas? Or should I just buy a new one?

Try blowing out the ram slots and cpu slot with compressed air.

Gonna take everything apart tonight and clean all the parts with compressed air. That would be the last step correct?

No luck. I guess somehow the CPU socket is damaged. I can't think of anything else to try except for buying a new one.
