Neither have an integrated GPU, so they are both equally unimportant for the setup.
What do you want to do with it?

Looks like an Assetto Corsa logo as profile picture so I assume gaming. The 5800x3D would be my choice if gaming is concerned. Graphics card is what you want to be looking at.

If it's triple 1080p gaming the 5800X3D may give a few more frame, above that you'd better with a cheaper 5900X  unless you do content creation, then you should get a 5950X

System : AMD R9 5900X / Gigabyte X570 AORUS PRO/ 2x16GB Corsair Vengeance 3600CL18 ASUS TUF Gaming AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX OC Edition GPU/ Phanteks P600S case /  Eisbaer 280mm AIO (with 2xArctic P14 fans) / 2TB Crucial T500  NVme + 2TB WD SN850 NVme + 4TB Toshiba X300 HDD drives/ Corsair RM850x PSU/  Alienware AW3420DW 34" 120Hz 3440x1440p monitor / Logitech G915TKL keyboard (wireless) / Logitech G PRO X Superlight mouse / Audeze Maxwell headphones

Neither matter for a triple screen setup.

What is the goal here? Gaming, office work,...? If its gaming your gpu is gonna matter a lot cpu depends on your goals but a 5600x is plenty for all games rn. Of the 2 you picked the 5800x3d is the better gaming cpu.

For productiviry tasks the 5950x is by FAR the better cpu
