got a 4:3 1400x1050 monitor

recommend some good looking openworld games like gta 5 or open world racing games like forza horizon that can run on my pc on 1024x768p

Subnautica might work.  Might also be too resource heavy though.  Kinda marginal 

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Same bro, also steam won't sell me that game cuz I'm under 18, and neither do I want to get a porn addiction

Subnautica you’d want to Check the suggested specs on.  It’s 3d movement 3d rendered, but iirc there weren’t actually that many polygons and it’s not a new game.  The specs are a lot lower than for breathedge.  Maybe if the full specs were listed it would be more accurate.  There is stuff that might not run at 1080p but might run at 720p for example.

I think you could play all the Splinter cell games or Halo Master chief collection. Splinter cell and Halo are my Fav games of all times. I think the only games you can play from the year 2014. Higher then that you may want to check System Requirements.

 

1. Halo Master Chief Collection. 

1. All the Splinter Cell games

2. Gears 1, 2 and 3

Frankly the 730 will likely struggle with anything released much past 2010-2018, as will the 3210. I could recommend a lot of legacy games that you'd need DosBox for. Check out my recommendations for someone with a similar setup...
