CPU cool but case and gpu are hot now

My cpu was running hot, so I swapped the cooler to a NHU12-S (dualfan) and now, and my cpu runs wayyy cooler but now my gpu runs 4-7degrees hotter, and after 10mins of load, the case gets really hot

what gpu? what cpu? what case? Is it a mini case with restrited airflow? or a case with very little ventilation holes?
