Need help assigning browsers to certain monitors.

I use a dual monitor setup, and currently have Chrome load at startup on one, and FireFox on the other, but I would like to have one instance of Chrome load up on each instead, eliminating FireFox entirely. Is there a way to do this, or am I stuck with using two different browsers for all eternity?

just open a new tab and move it to the other screen
