Hey everybody

I'm having an issue with my av receiver Denon X4500h.

The problem is

Sometimes the sound is great everything works just fine, but sometimes the sound goes away for a few seconds. That is driving me crazy 

Does any one has had or is having the same issue?

And how to solve it 

Because it kills the experience of watching a movie and the sound going away for a few seconds here and there...
