Hallo

I have for long time had low temps on my cpu ( 55-65) on max load. But in the past days the temps have been 67-77 on 5-22% load with max aio pump speed and fan.

The radiator is at 40 c and have cooling fans on both sides of radiator.

-CPU amd 5900x

-AIO ASUS ROG Strix LC 360

Is the aio pump feiling to cool the cpu or somthing else?

No room temps change.

With 0% load it hold temps of 25/27 but now it holds 47/52

When did you last do the thermal paste on it? Because it might be drying out. Also id check the mount. If you've been inside the system recently, just a simple knock of the block could be enough to break the thermal paste seal on the cpu. It's at least worth repasting it and remounting it before doing anything drastic.

Changed the paste but still 75-85 temps  on 13% load
