When i tried to remove my gpu i heard some cracking noises.(And yes i did remove the screws in IO bracket)

if it's in there really stiff then it could flex the motherboard which makes noises.  But yeah probably just give it a heave-ho since there's no other way it can be "locked" in.

If that tab broke off, there isn't anything preventing the GPU from coming out. It should just come out assuming there isn't anything else preventing its removal (a screw, the ton of dust stuck in the PCIe slot gumming it up, etc.).

At first I thought you said A ton but I was mistaken 😅

OP please get some compressed air to clean that slot out before putting anything back in there.

Can’t get my hands on compressed air at this time, the gpu won’t move at all,the reason why i’m trying to remove it is because of the dust 😅

Ooof.

Well a clean and unused paint brush can help to dislodge dust as well.

Did you get all the screws near the rear of the card on the I/O bracket?

You made sure you removed the screws holding the graphics card in?? Make sure you don't have any display cabled plugged in as well.

The slot latch catches on the little U shaped notch on the PCB.  So you should be able to wiggle the card out as-is right now.  Make sure the screws are out of the bracket, no video cables plugged in.

Sometimes the motherboard is a little bit offset in the case or the IO bracket is bent and gets caught.  Hence: wiggle and it should come free.
