You mean before right? Modelling it after you buy everything defeats the purpose.

I don't know of any sites that have 3D models for you to pretend-build a case with, so unless you're a 3D artist you'll just have to use your imagination.

You know what case you bought, and that's 90% of the appearance. You can always do an image search for other peoples' builds in the same case.

(Disclaimer: I'm a curmudgeon who thinks the PC should be a box that sits on the floor. Money spent on pretty lights is money not spent on performance.)

I sold my soul for ProSupport.

Even if some companies provide 3D models of their hardware the odds of being able to get proper accurate 3D models for all your specific components is basically zero and I wouldn't even bother.

PC Building Simulator partnered with some brands to include models of real hardware in the game, but it still likely won't have all of the components you use and it probably isn't the most accurate.

The case is going to matter most for how the PC looks, so have a look at the photos on the case website to see how it looks as well as find photos from people who have built their own PCs in that case. People often upload their finished builds to PC Part Picker and when you view a part on PC Part Picker down the bottom of the page it will show you "Builds using this part" with photos people have uploaded.

There is always a way. I have compiled few ideas from freely available parts on GrabCAD and Thingyverse. The selection is very limited, but has worked so far. What I have going for me tho: 10+ years experience in 3D modelling, have access to software that allows compiling parts into assemblies
That is only half the battle. After which I would have to use a rendering environment to set up materials, lighting, photorealism effects etc. Even then the resulting picture wont be as "good" as some people want
