Which of these will allow me to install Windows on an Intel NUC?

The Windows 11 Pro clearly says USB so that's pretty straightforward. Windows 10 Pro is not so clear - is it just a code that I use after I create my own installation USB via the Windows Media Creation Tool? 

 

Can I create a Windows 10 bootable disk from a Windows 11 machine?

Create windows 10 media from a windows 7 or higher pc basically.
