SSD need caddy?

Diddlydennis

My desktop has only two slots for HDDS, two of them are going to be 3.5 HDD but my SSD is going to just "float" in the case. Wondering since there's no moving parts would that be OK to just tuck at the bottom, maybe add some sticky tape to stop it from moving?,

bit of double sided tape to keep it in place especially if you have cause to move your rig about,

i use 3m adhesive tape as it has an almost shock absorbing quality to it and will soak up any vibrations from other kit
