Hi, my friend is thinking of buying a new pc and he asked me for help. I've got most of the components figured out, but since he's on a tight budget I'm not sure which one of these would be a better solution, buying a kaveri apu and running it in crossfire with a r7 250 or getting a fx-6300 and getting a more powerfull gpu. Help would be appreciated :)

It seems you don't know about Finlands hefty VAT

I live in lithuania and we have 21% so it's about the same and 900eur is definitely enough for 4670k and gtx 770.

These are the systems I was able to come up with and if you have any ideas how to tune them to be more value/performance optimized that would be great

as far as i could tell the only thing you changed was the graphics card and if you can afford the more expensive one go for it if not then don't, simple as that.
