Hi, my friend is thinking of buying a new pc and he asked me for help. I've got most of the components figured out, but since he's on a tight budget I'm not sure which one of these would be a better solution, buying a kaveri apu and running it in crossfire with a r7 250 or getting a fx-6300 and getting a more powerfull gpu. Help would be appreciated

Even just getting an fx 6300 and a GTX 650ti would be more powerful, of coursee 750ti will be better but the 650ti should be fairly cheap now.

I live in Finland and the monitor is not included in this budget because he has one, other peripherals are not included and the OS is included

I live in lithuania and we have 21% so it's about the same and 900eur is definitely enough for 4670k and gtx 770.

as far as i could tell the only thing you changed was the graphics card and if you can afford the more expensive one go for it if not then don't, simple as that.

Yea the graphics card was the only thing I changed but if you have any ideas on getting the thing cheaper or getting more performance for the same kind of money then I'm all ears
