Eth0.me Outbound Port 80

Every morning when I wake my PC I recieve this message a few times in a row - Eth0.me Outbound Port 80 What is it and how can I stop it? I need 80 open for my NAS  Security Certificate.

Your NAS Security Certificate? HTTPS uses port 443. Not sure if certificate verification needs port 80.

 

I can't find much information on this pop-up. Did you fiddle with Windows Firewall Rules prior to this error? Are you self-hosting a server on your client computer?
