Hey guys!

I'm planning my new build. I will need a powerful CPU but i can not afford it yet. So i decided to add a cheap but still good one and get an i5 later. Do you think this will be good?

The current aim is gaming. But i will do some designing in a year or two. So i will need a stronger cpu.

Is it all right like this? I am open to any suggestions. I don't want to buy a new MOBO when i upgrade my cpu. Witch will be soon.

here is the current config. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3zlX4

Thanks!!

Intel core I5 4460, Gigabyte H97M-HD3, Gigabyte gtx 760, 8 GB corsair value ram, Thermaltake core v21, Thermaltake Smart 630W PSU

Alcatel OneTouch D5... IT WORKS!!

Don't buy an inferior part if it is going to be replaced as soon as possible (unless it's a GT210 so you can run X79 or AM3+). Just a waste of money. Save up longer or consider a console for that price

was going to say the same..

Dont buy Builds for 550 USD because it will be outdated in a half your or so.

Save up to at least 800-1200 USD to build something.

OP Save yo god darn monehhh

The i'd reccomend a console if you want to game :) they're fantastic value, you can't build a PC for $500 that runs BF4 1080P, 60FPS, med details.

with a few changes i can run an r9 270 and maybe an i3. That will play BF4 on medium to high. Especially because i am not going to play on 1080.

R9 270 will play BF4 on ultra 60FPS @1080p, great card, try to go with an FX6300 or amd Quad core
