motherboard price increase

Budget (including currency): 1500 gbp

Country: Uk

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: gaming and probs light video recording

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): the motherboard went from 154 to 199. is there a cheaper option but similar performance cause that killed my budget, unless you know when the price will decrease then i will wait.

The £154 sale ended and motherboard's back up to msrp.

White themes are all the rage these days so most expensive. I'd rather go with something like this. Have a the component highlights be white and background parts black. White cables should bring it all nicely together:

TBH, you could just go cheaper on quite a few components and it would perform pretty much identically in game.  16GB of RAM is all you need, but this board has 4 slots open if you wanted to add more later.
