I didn't receive c13 cable what do i do?

I recently bought a pre-built computer. RTX 3060ti Intel, core i5 11400, corsair cx750m. I didn't receive the 3 pin cable for the Corsair power supply, the company says its not there problem. Can I go out and buy a new cable? If so wich one? Is there a specific brand? We don't have many options where I live when it comes to tech. I can't find a corsair cable sold separately.

Yup, you dont have to get a branded cable. I would also ask the company I bought the prebuilt from to send me a cable just to have a spare.

You can get them cheap, just look up "pc power cord 14 awg" on amazon. Theyre all the same connector.

That's usually for the psus internal connections ie 24pin pcie 8 pin ect. The power connector is regulated nationally

Nope C13 cable branding doesnt matter.

nope, theyre the same across all different brands of connectors.

Like i said if you look up "pc power cord 14 awg" it will show you cables with the c13 connector. every modern psu uses the same connector.

Take it as a sign they're a shit company and going to fuck you over when you have a real problem.  Return the whole thing back to them.

 

Seriously, those cables are worth pennies and the correct response should have been "hey no problem we'll get one in the mail right now".  I have a box full of them they're so plentiful.
