Help with installing win10 on new build

Once I select my usb to boot from I only get this on my screen 

Any help will be appreciated

I would look at re-doing the USB.
Another option might be toggling secure boot in bios. We were having to do that on our work laptops for a minute because our deployment was wonkus.

Forgot to mention the usb I am using is the one you get in the windows box so I dont think it is the usb.

I alredy used it once when I bought my first PC and had no problems with kt the first time
