RTX Voice Lags

Installed rtx voice, tried to turn on noise reduction, but as soon as I click on the checkmark, it freezes and nothing happens

I'd probably use DDU to wipe the system of all Nvidia software then reinstall your GPU drivers and Nvidia Broadcast and see what happens.

Might want to try Nvidia Broadcast instead, Voice was the "beta" and not maintained anymore AFAIK, wouldn't be surprised if it breaks with newer drivers
