I am using my previous phone (Samsung Galaxy A20e) to run octoprint for my 3d printer. But as I am using the usb c port to connect to the printer there is no way to charge at the same time which is needed cause the phone will die quick otherwise.

Is it possible to bypass the charging port or the battery on a phone with a non removeable battery???

You can get a data and power splitter for the phone but you'll be limited to 5V slow charging as USD-PD and QC use data pins for negotiation and thus will not work.

It wont be easy. I soldered 4x18650s to my old S4 Mini and I use it as a IP camera with 10K mah battery. As said above you can tie into USB power using Y cables as an alternative.

Yea i know i can get a data and power splitter. I bought one but it turned out it can not charge and transfer data at the same time. I didnt saw that...............

It would be easier if you where able to bypass the battery or charging port somehow...
