Odd texture flickering in a few games

About a month ago is when I noticed this issue. Terminator Resistance was the first game it happened in, and I thought it was game related but after playing Aliens Fireteam Elite after the latest patch. I'm see the issue there too. Other games do not have this issue. As both the above games are Unreal Engine created, I thought it might be a version issue. Older unreal engine created games like the Batman Arkham series do not have this issue.

The games still works and doesn't crash. The flickering just breaks my immersion, and it's just annoying to look at.

I'm not sure what is causing the flicker or how to resolve the issue. Has anyone ever encountered this before, and if so what was your fix to resolve the issue?

All drivers are up to date. Windows too.
