It will power a i7-4770k to overclock, GTX 660 by evga or gigabyte Ti or non-ti (cant figure out which), ASUS Maximus vi impact, 1 kingston 128GB ssd, 1 HDD, 1 optical drive, and a h100i.

Yes, your system draws 400-450 watts from the wall at full load, even if you were to overclocked. That PSU is more than plenty.

You should be fine.

 

Just remember to upgrade if you ever plan on getting a second card.

It's overkill. You could probably run 2 660 Ti's off of it. 

For the 660/660 Ti, a cx430/500 is already more than enough.

Yup, the PSU will be fine for your system even with over clocks.

Curious about this, why the GTX660/660 Ti? Why not the GTX760? From the Anandtech review, I see the GTX760 trades wins against the GTX670, something the GTX660 Ti could not do....

Because the 660/660ti is most i can spend on graphics card, unless you can find a 760 for around 660/660ti price.

You did not state where you're from or where you'd be getting the card, so I assume the U.S. of A (just like everyone else would do! ). Anyway, I think the going rate for a GTX660 Ti is about 200USD, cheapest GTX760 that I can find is a reference model from Zotac at 237USD:

Next would be a non-reference MSI GTX760 TF 2G at 240USD
