It looks fine to me! Only 3 changes I would make.

1. I'd probably get a better board since the d3sh will probably thermal throttle trying to give power to the 5900x

2. I'd get higher speed ram for ryzens infinity fabric, 3600 is usually a pretty good place

3. I'd get a higher wattage psu, an 850 should suffice

I'd normally say to get something along the lines of a 12700f since it usually performs a bit better for cheaper, but iirc Linux has some problems with intels e cores. If they've somehow fixes that though id also say to go intel

It's not a problem since intel landed the needed drivers, it works as it should now. However, unless it's actually cheaper, the 5900x outperforms it when it comes to compile tasks.

don't mind the red bar, it's because of me needing to update the bios version to f10 to support my cpu.

It'd be good to know what your budget is, because if you still have some leftover money I'd recommend the jump to a 5950x, I have one and it's a compile beast.

You went with a worse CPU, and OP needs a better one for compiling.

The 3080 also isn't better than a 6900xt, specially on linux.

As long as 16gb are enough for you, this seems like a great build!
