Compatible Parts

Go to solution Solved by MrYuriy,

I am thinking of building a new system soon and I would like to know if a Gigabyte G1. Sniper 5 would be fully compatible with a Corsair 750D. It would be perfect if the board did not overlap the cable management grommets.

Yes, it'll fit.

The G1 Sniper 5 is an E-ATX (Extended) Motherboard, and being that the Corsair 750D Chassis is huge, it supports E-ATX Motherboards.

Also, nothing to worry about as far as covering the cable management holes + grommets. It might cover a couple, but not the main ones to get you great looking cable management.

Beautiful board btw. Every time I've ever built with it, it was pure enjoyment. Mainly the aesthetics. :P

@xkelley0529

It's a standard ATX board. It will work fine in the case (perhaps look small in the case); Other than that, nothing wrong. It's an ATX 'nuff said.

No, actually.. It is not a standard ATX. As I mentioned, it's E-ATX.

it will fit theres plenty of holes still open for cable management

Yeah. 750D supports ATX motherboards, and the G1 Sniper is an ATX mobo

It says that it is an Extended ATX on the manufacturers website

The board is eatx, not atx.

Still fits though.

Ah, OK. seemed ATX in the pic, but I see it now. 750D can take it all, like a champ  ;)

You guessed it. A Naga (2014), a Blackwidow Stealth (also 2014), and an Orbweaver.

Show me some pics when you're done, and have all those things in one picture. One build I haven't done much is black/light green.. Maybe only 3-5 times. I want to see how it looks with everything.

Btw, don't forget a Razer Goliathus Mousepad to polish the setup.

Maybe a Vespula. But the rig will cost around $2200 (US) and its kinda hard to get money at 13. So it won't be done for a while.
