depends on what you call OK graphics. with 2GB VRAM you're gonna be limited to fairly low texture quality.

i5 2400 is significantly worse and unless they also provide the RAM and motherboard it makes no sense at all because getting motherboard alone will be a pain in the arse.

Just add and RX 460

Keep your 2200g you are on a socket that has a MASSIVE catalogue of relevant cpu's whilst the best i7 for that old platform is barely hanging on in games so that platform is basically irrelevant.

 

But realistically option 3: wait for a good deal/get a different card

 

What are your other specs (psu in detail we need the model nr) might be going a little older gets you a card that gives you rx470 performance or better and fits the budget

With a i5 2400 thats a flat no especially eith just 8gb of ram
