I also put in unhealthy things like cigarettes or soda, I know some people still drink/smoke that in the morning. :)

 

I myself eat sandwiches so Bread+sandwich meat+ cheese. Or eggs.

Diet time so Oats and Toast.  :unsure:

Knäckbröd with nutella on weekdays. In the weekend I like scrambled eggs on some bread.

I usually eat a small granola bar on my way but I  wouldn't consider it breakfast.

an egg, I normally only eat half of it.  I'm a fat lazy guy so I sleep in till like 11pm. So lunch is just around the corner :D

Linguine bro. It's my favorite pasta. 

Grill some brocolli and chicken--any part will do. Drop some cooked linguine, butter, parsley, top it off with eggs and fresh cold diced tomatoes. Hearty and easily done in 20 or so minutes.

I don't have the time in the morning to make such a meal before work starts.... Heck sometimes I don't eat lunch because I'm still tied up with work....
