Hey there all,

I've had this lingering problem for a while now and can't seem to fix it.

Background info:

I had my cat piss into my computer (long story, but it happened) and covered the inside. The computer initially refused to boot at all. Cleaned everything up, tested graphics card in another computer, which worked fine so ruled that out. Bought new mother board and that seemed to fix the problem and the computer was back working. However after about 3 or 4 days, went to turn my computer on and would boot, wouldn't display anything and the mobo would display code 96 (assign pci device resources).

What I've done since:

Since this, I've tested if it works off cpu graphics (it did), I've tested my graphics card again in another computer (it did), tested a separate graphics card (1080) in my computer, same error code displayed with different graphics card. From there I turned the power supply off and left my graphics card unplugged completely out of the mother board. And came back 1-2 days later, plugged everything back in and the computer booted. This continues anytime the computer is shut down. Tried reinstalling Windows to see if it was that. Done a cmos reset without success. Once the computer is running everything works fine so I'm genuinely lost on what to do next. Pls help 馃ス馃ス馃ス
