Mind posting a crash dump here for further analysis?

Might want to try 2 DIMMs instead of 4 first and see whether the problem goes away

its a file permission issue ugh

Maybe copy the file first to another spot then try again?

Somewhere not in C:/Windows or C:/Program files

After analysis it seems like the culprit is the HDAudBus.sys driver, which indicates a fault within the audio driver.  You might want to try updating the audio drivers from your motherboard website, along with any audio related drivers whenever possible.

According to the crash dump your board you are running BIOS version 1.70 on an ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming 4/ac.  The latest BIOS for this board is version 2.20 so you might want to update the BIOS and see whether the problem resolves or otherwise.
