Recommend me monitor arm (32inch) for this table

VoidThinker

Height is fixed - 2cm, widght I can change - no problem with that. What monitor arm (for 32inch monitor) could fit here?

Just get one that sits on table top ?
Example :

Never thought of that 😁 So in this case stand should be very heavy to avoid woobling?

Any more type of amrs that could fit my table? Looking for all possibilities before decision...

Heavy enough and wide enough base plate.

Emphasis a bit more on the wide side, since once there's a monitor mounted on it, the weight of the monitor gonna send pressure somewhat downward, under the monitor.

Well, if it's me, and I deem the base of the stand isn't good enough for the task.
and the table is cheap enough.
I'll just drill a hole through the base & table, and then use nuts & bolts to secure it. 😂

If that's not possible, I'll slap some VHB Double Tape under the base.

Depends, can you drill a hole on that table?
If yes, then something like this is possible too :
https://vivo-us.com/collections/monitor-mounts/products/stand-v001

Or other model from that brand that has 2 options for mounting, clamp based mounting or grommet based mounting.
https://vivo-us.com/collections/monitor-mounts/amount-of-screens_1?page=1

If you read the Assembly Manual pdf of the model, you'll see how the grommet based mounting works.

Linus used that brand in this video :

Side note :

If you want it to have a really moving arm though, most likely you will have to drill your table. Or secure the base somehow.
Because there's no way the tabletop base gonna hold if you pull the arm fully forward or sideways.

With smaller monitor it may work, but with heavy monitor, it will need to be secured tightly in place.
Unless the base is really wide & big enough to counter the monitor's weight.

I have that monitor mount that @Poinkachulinked. Its fairly heavy. Thought Im using a 25" ultrawide in portrait mode with it, so its not really carrying a heavy screen, but the base is decently heavy.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

Thanks for recommending our stands!  We do have one more that may actually work well for the desk setup.

The clamp is instead tightened from above to make the plate below as thin as possible, so it can fit into a thin slot and still have a tight hold.  As long as the 32" monitor weight 17.6lbs or less when removed from the original stand, it will be supported without any problem.

Damn it. Now you are making me wish your products exist in my country. 😂

We're working on that as we're able!  For now though, we are able to at least ship most of our products smaller than a desk to a lot of worldwide locations through eBay's international service, and sometimes Amazon also offers international options.

Thank you all for advices. Since I won't drill anything on my table I think I will go with this desk stand:

https://vivo-us.com/products/stand-v001h?pr_prod_strat=collection_fallback&pr_rec_id=fb77b7add&pr_rec_pid=6480074887&pr_ref_pid=1452853690467&pr_seq=uniform

Looks nice and by the Amazon reviews it is really heavy and does its job very well 👍
