Need Help With Some Management

So I Have 2 512 Gb SSD 
One the C Drive Is Almost Full 
And The Second Is Almost Empty 
Is There Anyway I Can Transfer A Game Say GTA V 
From One Drive ( C ) To the Other
as It Is Around 110 Gb So That Will Free Up Quite A Bit Of Space

is it the steam version, epic games launcher version or the rockstar games launcher version? or the standalone download from rockstar games website?

Using steam?

1. Create a new steam library on your second drive
2. RIght the game in your library > properties > local files > move install folder > select other steam library

Sadly I Got GTA On Epic Games Not Steam
