Recommendations for bios settings

Hello I am building a PC for myself and I was wondering if there were some settings that I should surely change in the bios.

turn xmp on

PC: CPU: i5 12400F, RAM: Crucial Ballistix RGB 16GB Kit, 3200, CL16 DDR$, GPU: GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Ventus 3X MSI. 8GB VRAM, Motherboard: Gigabyte Z690 Gaming X DDR4, PSU: Antec HCG 80+ Gold 750W. Storage: WD SN570 1TB M.2-2280 NVME SSD, Case; Antec NX310 Mid tower ATX, Monitor: Asus VY249
Laptop: Early 2020 Macbook Air 13 inch retina display, RAM: 8GB 3733 MHz, CPU: 1.1GHz quad-core Intel Core i5, Storage: 256 GB PCie SSD.

Others: iPhone SE Gen 2, Surface Pro 7, iPad gen 7 and 8,.

if the machine is currently working fine then stay out of the bios until theres an issue

Seconded, turn on XMP, then forget it exists unless necessary.

If you have a recent GPU also turn SAM/Rebar on, but procedure varies according to harware
