Recommendations for bios settings

Hello I am building a PC for myself and I was wondering if there were some settings that I should surely change in the bios.

if the machine is currently working fine then stay out of the bios until theres an issue

Seconded, turn on XMP, then forget it exists unless necessary.

If you have a recent GPU also turn SAM/Rebar on, but procedure varies according to harware
