MICROSOFT TEAMS NOT WORKING !!!!!!!!!!!

In my windose 7 ore 2 quad 2gb ram computer microsoft tems does not work

Reinstall it, teams sucks and on a windows 7 crappy specs laptop/desktop  it sucks more

Full specifications of the computer? Pretty likely you can just add a 2gb stick for dual channel and 4gb ram and itll work fine, 2gb ddr2 should go ~3-4$ used

if your system wont run teams, just use teams in the browser.

 

on that note, you should really update at least to win10. it'll most likely perform better on your computer too...

Browser is you best option then

Rather than a normal reinstall have you attempted to delete the full Teams cache and then re-run the installer (do not uninstall)

Clear the Teams cache by deleting all data in this folder  "%appdata%\Microsoft\Teams"

The op did not ask for an upgrade path for his pc, he asked for a fix for his teams not working, which btw, teams is extremely crappy

Windows 7 has long been officially no longer supported. If things break, and the browser option doesn't work, you're mostly out of luck.

 

You could try installing an older version of Teams and not update, but it'll eventually break as well.

What would be the cheapest upgrade i can do to update this to Windose 8 or 10

Not very well, no.

 

Core 2 anything isn't worth investing parts into upgrading. You're well overdue for an entire new PC.

Upgrade to Windows 10 is free but it's going to be sluggish af with 2GB RAM. It'll be pain, not to mention the years old HDD. Consider retiring this machine, imo not even worth to salvage parts. Otherwise try to downgrade Teams, usually older version still works for at least a year or two.

 

You can put Xubuntu on it (light-weight Ubuntu variant) or similar and hope for the best. Teams will run on Linux but some features are not available (usually screen sharing is broken because X11 or some shit). Zoom runs fine though... most of the time. Similar issues with screen sharing.

Bruh a 2gb stick of ddr2 is like 3-4$ used if not cheaper and thatll solve your ram issues, if youve got a 4 slot you can even go for 8gb ram

Reinstalling won't help much, this PC/laptop is already way too old, just retire it and get a new one with Win 10. Installing WIndows 10 on this PC/laptop you have will be pain.
