Which ram is better

I am looking at getting a new asus laptop. It's reviews are very good, but it is also recommended to upgrade the ram. Jarrods tech used crucial ram, but as I am getting this from a more local store, I can only get G.Skill and Kingston. Which one do you recommend actually getting:

Single 8gb, I would get two:

single 16gb:

DO NOT run a single stick.
I'd recommend 2x16 with 3200 MT/s. Lower timings are better

which company would be better, or does it not matter? I know they are all really good for desktops, but not sure about laptops

Doesn't really matter. G. Skill and Kingston are both great companies. Some prefer Kingston because they actually manufacture the memory chips themselves, but I usually buy G Skill. These days DDR4 is well understood and bad modules are rare
