White artifacts on boot hard crashes won't boot yo windows

Specs 

Cpu: Ryzen 5 2600x 

Mobo:Asus b450m 

Gpu:GeForce 3060

Psu:Nzxt c650 gold 650w

Ram:G.skill trident 2x 4gb 

Yesterday will playing a game my computer showed white artifacts crashed and now show them during boot and will not boot to windows the picture below shows the artifacts tried switching ram no luck any ideas?

That's a dying graphics card (most likely). I would RMA ASAP.

Could be GPU related, though I would try to reset cmos and run bios at default. If you have any OC on ram, that might be it.

Thanks for help Rma it since this is my first time ever doing Rma is it supposed to take half a month I started the rma on July 1st they got it July 7th now it just feels like they are just sitting on there ass ngl
