I know that newegg has a Raptor K30 for 30$ so this could be a pretty good combo for 50$. (I don't know if the promo is over yet)

Is this mouse even good? Plus, I don't really trust NCIX, because their site looks kinda shoddy.

IDK. I've bought stuff from there. For some reason, my stuff arrives annihilated, like a bomb went off in my box. Just last week, when I received my i7-4770K, it was in pieces.

..I find that pretty hard to believe. A cpu shouldn't break into pieces unless someone took it out of the package and hurled it at the ground, ran it over with a car, or did something of the sort--and maybe not even then.

I think one of the NCIX employees did that. I saw tire tracks on it as well. Why does so much bad luck happen to me?
