Desktop Pre-Build Where to buy?

So my thing is, i live in the dominican republic and it is impossible to build a good computer here, not very easy to buy parts to build one either purchassing from outside the country and im planning on purchassing a prebuild pc and id like to know what wold be the best website or option to buy this computer.

first im looking to buy a i9 rtx2080 pre build pc (i edit videos and also play games), saw some deals from dell w some alienware premade pcs

but ive read on many posts here and other sites that some of these premade builds have their issues and do not give you the performance you expect from the components they have.

So, id like to know where should i look for a good premade build that wold give me the best performance for my money (of course best price wold be sweet too).
