That being said, you're really not going to find plates and PCB's across all different sites that will work together. If you buy a case for example, PCB's and plates that work will be listed and likely need to be bought from the same place.

Hello there,

So im looking into building a keyboard myself.
I alredy have a Plan B to this idea, that would be to buy a barebones Keychron Q1, some switches and nice keycaps.

But i would like to go the extra step, and buy everything separately, so buy the case, pcb, plate....

Now i have researched that but i havent found much (Aliexpress, Bangood). There are a lot of 60% cases, but im in the market for a 75% or 80% keyboard.
Do you guys have an idea where i could find that stuff?

As far as i understand, you cant just buy a 75% PCB and a 75% Case, as the USB cutout needs to be a the same place, and the pcb must fit.

Thank you very much for your help here!

A barebone will probably be the best option, there are too many variations of 75% designs to make individual parts fit together. If you get a case with an F13 key, you also need a board with an F13 key, you can have 2, 3 or 4 keys on the right edge, different positions for the arrow keys, it'll be impossible to find individual cases, plates and PCBs that all have the exact same layout and fit together.
