Computer runs extremely slow after 6 months of use

BudgetBuilder

My computer specs include 16gb ram 3200 mhz, 5600g ryzen cpu 3.9 ghz, rtx 3060, 2tb hdd sea-gate barrucuda. For around 6 months my computer was running well with little slowing down. Recently however, download speeds have slowed down to 1mb/s and chrome can take 2 minutes to load in. I am not sure what to do. I have ran anti-virus, disk-clean up and windows 10 bloatware. I have also cleaned the dust from my computer.

No SSD? Try check your hard drive health with Crystal Disk Info or HDTune.

Should I get an SSD?

A huge yes. Such a waste because you have quite a beefy CPU and GPU.

An SSD will make your PC feels much more responsive/snappier.

Like I said, check your hard drive health. If there's a warning or show it failing, backup your data a.s.a.p.
