Wifi 6 routers for a budget with Bandwidth Control feature?

Hello, LTT Forum!

I'm currently in the market for a WiFi-6 capable router. My choices are as follows:
1. Tenda RX3
2. Asus RT-AX53U
3. TP-Link AX23

I'm leaning towards the Tenda since I've been using the brand for 3 years and has been a breeze to use. It's straight-forward. Plus, it's bandwidth control is super effective.
I wonder if the ASUS and TP-LINK has those? I only see them having QoS and doesnt have that bandwidth control specifically. I tried checking out the emulators of the TP-Link from their web and TP Link support as well, and they have claimed that some of their Wifi 6 routers doesn't have Bandwidth Control/Management

I badly need this feature since I'm in a home wherein 20-25 devices are using at the same time.

Especially during my work hours, wherein I need to be in a neat video conferencing all the time.

Thank you, LTTF!
