Where can I find how well can my PC and laptop work with higher impendence headphones?

Onboard audio should work fine with most headphones nowadays, there are just a few to stay away from in that instance. For the most part, a lot of the headphones on the budget end of the spectrum are sensitive and fairly easy to drive. It also just depends on how hard you'd like to push them.

Although, normally how you tell is by reading the data sheet for your onboard audio. It should list a rated output for a few relative impedances, and you can use that information to decide whether it'll sufficiently power the headphone. There are power calculators to help for reference, just don't take them for fact.

Also, I'd recommend against the HD599. It's not a spectacular headphone. Massively overpriced, and an underperformer by todays standards. In its place, I'd suggest:

$100-$200

HiFiMan HE400SE (C+)

Beyerdynamic DT990 Pro / TYGR 300R (C)

$200-$350

AKG K612 Pro (B-)

Audio Technica ATH-R70x (B-)

$350-$500

HiFiMan Sundara (B)

Hi
I have been considering buying Sennheiser 599 headphones with 50 Ohm headphones
Systems I would like to use with
1. My desktop
Ryzen 5 3600xt
Asus Strix B550-f
My monitors (AOC 24G2U) also have a headphone jack passtrogh
Could I use it also?
2. My laptop
HP probook 455 G7
Without any other equipment
I have not been able to find a solution for this in the documentation
Can you find those?

You're fine the 599 runs off a phone fine even let alone a laptop or a motherboard. If your worried you can buy a cheap dongle dac that will for sure drive them.i would not use your monitor audio as it's not a passthrough rather its own dac most likely. Best to use directly put of your motherboard. 50 ohm is rather low in terms of impedance the only headphone I would consider grabbing an amp for this low of an impedance is the akgk240 55 oh. But that headphone is very inefficient unlike the 599
