I am new to this PC setup - benchmarking thing to check what is what with the budget that I have.

So watching a lot of LTT videos I tried this app for my PC and this is the result.

Does this mean that the best CPU after Threadripper is my CPU?

I don't know how to Overclock and I don't have GPU (yet).

I just want to know if this makes any sense at all.

Can I start editing videos without GPU? LOL.

You have one and the answer is yes.

Not really, its just that is the only data you have there.

No this ranking leaves out a lot of CPUs, it's pretty much useless. 5600X or 12400F would probably be considered the best mid range CPUs on the market currently and they score around 12000 multi-threaded.

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania, Europe, Earth, Solar System, Local Interstellar Cloud, Local Bubble, Gould Belt, Orion Arm, Milky Way, Milky Way subgroup, Local Group, Virgo Supercluster, Laniakea, Pisces–Cetus Supercluster Complex, Observable universe, Universe.

Spoiler

12700, B660M Mortar DDR4, 32GB 3200C16 Viper Steel, 2TB SN570, EVGA Supernova G6 850W, be quiet! 500FX, EVGA 3070Ti FTW3 Ultra.

It sounds as those OP has a 4000-series Ryzen with an iGPU (built-in graphics). Is this a laptop by chance?

Basically igpu/soc volt to 1.3-1.4v for ~2300mhz

Rams wise depends on what ics you have so check thaiphoon burner, 1.5v is a good guideline

if you happen to be running samsung b/e/d die, micron rev e/b/j, or hynix djr you can assume no voltage limit for the rams themselves as those ics dont degrade with voltage but imc is a major concern, to save you any heart attacks imc will not die till 2.1v+, but it will most likely degrade over 1.7v, you will be cooling limited anyways so unlikely to see any benifit above 1.6v (over 1.65v at your own risk you have been warned)

Anything else and assume 1.5v max because itll prob not scale over 1.5v anyways(aka no benifit from higher volt), also assume 1.5v max if you are not running a fan over the rams as rams too hot = errors, use as much volt as you need and no more

Fclk on ryzen apus can run very fast, iirc 4000 series is capable of 2200mhz atleast (4400mhz ram) but you may be limited if you have good ics since these arent the 5000g apus that can run 2400+ fclk

heres an oc guide from github to get you up to speed, buildzoid is also a good source of info for this oc shenanigans but his vids are pretty long

Sounds as though this would be a great swap for lesser setups if it didn't sound as though it may not be supported on boards that didn't come with it.

In regard to OP's question, no, your 4750G is not better than Threadripper. Your 4750G has about half the performance of a Threadripper. Don't take that as a terrible thing, Threadripper is pretty much the last word at 64 cores. That said, it sounds as though the 4750G should be able to do most reasonable tasks, but it won't be a match for a Zen3 with a dedicated GPU. So its suitability to task greatly depends on what your intended use is. iGPUs are generally equivalent to very basic video cards such as GT730 or GT1030. Which can do light gaming, or maybe mid-level gaming at low detail, but some things you'll just have to try to before you know. But higher level settings will put more load on the chip and possibly cause heat issues.
